- Update the App: Make sure you're using the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
- Restart Your Device: Sometimes a device restart resolves issues
Advanced Troubleshooting:
- Clear App Cache (Android):
- Go to Settings > Apps > intuno > Storage > Clear Cache
- Reinstall the App:
- Delete the app
- Reinstall from the App Store or Google Play
